Campus Facility & Features


Cortiva Institute in St. Petersburg is in a two-story building that was renovated for us in 2017. Our campus features two new Skin Care labs with equipment similar to what you would find in professional spas and spacious work areas. For Massage Therapy students, our campus facilities have four multipurpose massage classrooms to accommodate both hands-on learning and lecture settings. At Cortiva Institute St. Petersburg, we have 15 instructors on staff to teach students everything they need to know to establish themselves in their chosen field and find success in their careers. We have been teaching massage therapy in this area for nearly four decades, which has enabled us to develop valuable relationships with many local employers looking to hire our graduates. Some of the many employers that we continuously work with include local spas and salons, high-end resorts, chiropractic offices, Massage Envy, and Hand and Stone. We love being a part of the local community here, so our staff and students regularly participate and have the opportunity to volunteer at local 5k runs and races, a variety of drives for community shelters, and many other events here in the Tampa Bay area.




Driving Directions & Parking


Whether you have an interest in Massage Therapy, Skincare or Makeup Artistry, the Tampa/St. Pete area is a wonderful place to study and establish your career. Cortiva Institute has an excellent campus located at 2370 34th Street North in St. Petersburg, Florida. In terms of local landmarks, we are located on the west side of 34th Street North between the Goodwill Store and the Wells Fargo Bank. The CVS Pharmacy and Dayton Andrews Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership are also nearby. For our Cortiva St. Petersburg, FL students traveling to classes by car, convenient parking is available in front of our front door as well as just behind our building. You can access the parking spaces directly from 34th Street North. This campus is just west of Interstate 275, making it easy for students from all over the region to attend classes. We are only about four miles northwest of downtown St. Petersburg with downtown Tampa being just over 20 miles away. If you’re coming from the Tampa area, you can access our campus by hopping on I-275 South or the Selmon Expressway. We have students that commute from a variety of nearby communities including Clearwater, Apollo Beach, Largo, Zephyrhills, Spring Hill and many others in the Tampa Bay area.

Wowza ClearCaster Cloud Orchestration is $750 per year, per channel with an auto-renewal subscription.




What does a Wowza ClearCaster Cloud Orchestration subscription include?


Wowza ClearCaster Cloud Orchestration includes standard support from Wowza and does not include hardware; which must be purchased separately. Wowza ClearCaster encoding software will be preloaded onto a turnkey ClearCaster hardware appliance upon arrival to the end-user.




Can I cancel or return my order?


No. Wowza has a no returns or cancellations policy for Wowza ClearCaster Cloud Orchestration sales. and PLEDO has a no return or cancellations policu for Wowza Clearcaster Cloud and a Hardware.




How does support work for Wowza ClearCaster Cloud Orchestration?


Standard support is included with purchase of Wowza ClearCaster Cloud Orchestration. Support includes email and web-based ticketing. Users can also access our free online user forums. Customers who purchase higher levels of Wowza support, such as Silver, Gold or Platinum will receive the additional benefits that those plans offer. Separate Hardware issues will be handled directly through Ciaratech support.




How does the Hardware warranty work?


If you have an issue with your ClearCaster encoding appliance, you can contact Wowza through valid support methods. If Wowza confirms there is an issue with your appliance, they will contact Ciara who will then issue a replacement.




What is a ClearCaster Cloud Orchestration Subscription?


Previously, ClearCaster was sold as a turn-key appliance with a perpetual license. Originally launched as a Facebook Live only product in 2017, it was then updated in 2019 to the ClearCaster Pro with Universal mode. The Pro supported almost all social media platforms and universal streaming up to 4K.
In 2020, the Micro and Enterprise units are released with hardware from Ciara and subscription software activation from Wowza.




What type of Wowza support comes with the annual subscription?


Standard support is provided as part of the ClearCaster Cloud Orchestration subscription. This provides customers with the ability to create and track tickets in association with their subscription(s).
Customers who purchase premium levels of Wowza support such as Silver, Gold, or Platinum, will have the additional benefits of those plans applied to their ClearCaster solution also.




What happens to customers who allow their subscription to lapse?


The customer will be able to access the UI but will only be able to access the manager tab. Any systems paired with their account will be shown as offline. The customer will have the option to unpair any hardware device paired with this account so they can use the device with other Wowza accounts if they have an active subscription.
For these reasons, it is important for customers to proactively track the status of their accounts and subscriptions to insure the devices are always maintained with current subscriptions.




What happens to an existing Pro device when the warranty expires?


Any device that still has warranty coverage remaining will continue to have that coverage. If the device has a fault before the warranty expires, it will be fixed or replaced. However, as current hardware warranties expire, there will not be an option to extend that hardware warranty.




What happens to an existing Pro device when the software M&S expires?


Legacy customers who purchased systems with a perpetual license and have not kept up their M&S contracts will no longer be entitled to support. Additionally, if they have also refused to purchase a new subscription, they will be able to continue using the Cloud Orchestration software but will be limited to the creation and use of broadcasts at 720p resolution and will be limited to a single output target. They will also not have access to archived logs or recordings from the cloud.




Who does the customer call for support if the device has an issue?


Wowza support is always the first point of contact for ClearCaster issues. If the problem is determined to be purely hardware in nature, Wowza support will hand off the case to Ciara so they can finalize the resolution. This will insure a positive customer experience by eliminating the practice of “throwing the problem over the wall”.
If there is any obvious hardware problem, especially when the device is first received, such as damage in transit, system doesn’t power up, missing accessories, etc., the partner or customer can expedite resolution by contacting Ciara directly using support@ciaratech.com.




Should the customer call for support?


Either party can call support. Both the subscription tied to the end user’s account and the hardware device serial number are on record and as long as the subscription and/or warranty are current, support can be provided to the most appropriate party in the supply chain.




Will there be more ClearCasters in the family of devices in the future?


Although we have two great products in the family today, Wowza will absolutely update and add products as technology improves and as customer demands change.




Are other 3rd party hardware vendors planned?


Our plan is to work with Ciara exclusively for the first 12 months to insure efficiency and superb levels of customer satisfaction inclusive of partner satisfaction. However, over time we will look to include other vendors when additional choices make sense in the market.
